Agricola Paretone extends for 27 and a half hectares, and is divided between olive groves and arable land.
Part of our land has always hosted centuries-old and thick olive trees, between two of the oldest varieties, Ogliarola and Cellina di Nardò , which let themselves be caressed by the wind without losing their majesty.
Over time we have added young Coratina and Leccino plants, for a total of 1100 trees, from which we obtain Extra Virgin Olive Oil , conquering the tables of our consumers.
In our arable land we grow, with our agricultural means and according to the times of nature, a typical durum wheat, "La Senatore Cappelli" , from where we produce durum wheat flour, which has become the queen ingredient of our cuisine.
Agricola Paretone also deals with a livestock breeding of dairy cattle for the production of raw milk , intended for the distribution of local dairies.
